Basement Finish Plus is a family business headed up by Troy Larsen, who has been building complete homes and finishing basements around Northern Colorado since 2004. He holds an MT and oversees the company operations and scheduling.

Troy’s father, Bob, provides the designs for each project, leveraging his own skills and background in everything from building and construction, to electrical, HVAC, and insurance. His goal is to create spaces with just the right flow for your family’s day-to-day life.
